Good Eye, Encaustic Mixed Media Pin MAKING
Ayin Tovah (Hebrew)- ‘good eye’; a person with a good eye is generous. Man, we need all kinds of generosity these days. I can’t get this phrase or image off my heart.

Encaustic Mixed Media on layered cardboard base.
Approx. 4 ½ x 2 ½ x ½ inches = a big little whimsical wearable painting for your corkboard (or super sturdy clothing might be ok)

If worn, your encaustic-cardboard pin should be treated like you would treat other delicate jewelry. As with ceramic brooches and fine stones, scratches and dings will be part of the life of this wearable work of art.
The "artist's hand" is evident in all of my work- imperfections, drips, wonky bits, etc.
