Details:
Encaustic Mixed Media on clay base with battery operated tea light (real flame will melt the wax)
Approx. 7 x 3 x 3 inches
Information about the nature and care of encaustic paintings will be included.
The wire hanger can be gently manipulated to balance for hanging on a nail, and, if necessary, bumpers are added to keep the wall free from any wax remnants on the underside of the painting.
The "artist's hand" is evident in all of my work- imperfections, drips, wonky bits, etc.
